Adele has revealed the reason behind her weight loss and it’s slightly unconventional. Adele after welcoming her first child, a son named Angelo with Simon Konecki became hefty and gained a lot of weight. She went on to explain that cutting her intake has also given her a boost of energy. She has even quit smoking and reveals ‘If I’d carried on smoking I’d probably have died from a smoking- related illness and I think that’s really bad.’

She has also cut down on carbs and and sugar but has not deprived herself of them completely. She has also talked about her going to the gym to get in shape and refreshingly she says she finds working out just as difficult as we do. Reports claim Adele has been training with the manager of the private KX Gym in Chelsea and working on strength and conditioning and with cable machines.

She has also cut on sugary tea, alcohol and processed food.
