Stanley Burroughs invented Master Cleanse Diet during 1940s but it was originally published in 1976. This diet is also famous by other names like Mayple Syrup Diet, Lemonade Diet etc.

The specialty of this diet is that it helps in reducing weight by removing the dirty and impurities from our body. This diet is ideal for those who are very conscious about their inner health and are looking for a natural and healthy way of reducing weight. Apart from Dieting Beyoncé follows a very strict exercise routine, where she focuses on her abs and butt.   • Breakfast: Her breakfast is basically only boiled egg whites and a glass of hot water with a few of lemon juice. She consumes the lemon Juice before going to the gym and have her boiled eggs an hour after her exercise routine.
  • Lunch: Unlike those celebrities who escape their lunch, Beyoncé is very particular about consuming a nice healthy meal for lunch.       In her lunch she drinks a big glass of protein shake and eats freshly sliced turkey with capers. While on other days she eats cucumber salad with vinaigrette or berry and green apples.
  • Dinner: For dinner she eats 1 yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and wasabi, Beyoncé tries to avoid carbs at all costs and that’s the main reason behind her looking so sexy and Young.
