Actress Gwyneth Paltrow, the daughter of Tony Award winning actress Blythe Danner and television producer Bruce Paltrow was born on September 27, 1972 in  Los Angeles. When she was eleven, the family moved to Massachusetts, where she got her first training in acting under tutelage of her parents. As she grew up Paltrow’s burgeoning beauty and developing acting talent began to win her several film roles initiating with Shout and Hook in 1991. Paltrow gradually won a string of roles in films like Malice, Flesh and Bone and several others.

The willowy blonde has been famous for many gossips surrounding her and her much publicised relationships and break- ups with Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck. She broke her much publicised engagement to Brad Pitt in 1997 citing the reason that they don’t think they would be able to focus on their respective careers and at the same time maintain a happy marriage. Since then she has acted in a number of films including Shallow Hills, Sky Captain, World of Tomorrow, Iron Man and Two Lovers.She in 2003 married Chris Martin and they had a daughter and a son after which they separated in 2014.

 Gwyneth is not ashamed of admitting her foodie nature and loves to eat even thogh she has the skiny appearance she never fears of her having a small tummy. She is fit and keeps going with her gymming and cardio exercises. She believes that an hour of cardio 4 days a week is sufficient but it finally depends on how much you eat.She says “It is simple; just imagine where you are and where you want to be and how you will look like.”

Her diet plan is a cumulative of several workouts, grills and also her favourite snacks. She has a carefully planned schedule of eating before and after her workout routines. She has green tea in the morning and then breakfast which consists of protein shakes, made of almond milk, supplements and blueberries. She then moves for her daily workout routine which is followed by kale juice and then a low carb- calorie lunch.

She also has her own special food that she loves and is healthy as well. It is known as the ‘Lemony Grilled Chicken’ and is served with some steamed veges or salad. She believes that during brunch and supper one must consume something that is healthy, low on calorie and gives you energy. One can opt for almonds, raisins, coconut water, kale and lemon juice and of course water. She avoids processed foods in any form.

Gwyneth though maintains her routine but has never worked out of beliefs. She continues to eat what lusts her and keeps her going. She loves fries, cakes, and junk food, but it is her moderate account of eating something that keeps her fit. So far we have been admiring this beauty and will continue to do so.
