She was born on 18th of February 1974 which makes her 42 year old. Michaels is daughter to JoAnne and Douglas Mckarus, a lawyer. She was raised up in Santa Monica. She had a hard past as in childhood but she recovered and came up as a fighter. She is highly popular in the world for her appearances in NBC’s ‘The Biggest Loser’ and ‘Losing it with Jillian’, Also well known for her cameos in talk show ‘The Doctors’.

She has always been a self dependent and confident woman. Supporting herself to earn the fee to pay to California state university to attend it, she worked as a bartender and a personal trainer during that time. She is a holder of two personal training certificates, one from ‘The National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association’ and the other from ‘The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. One of her success stories was from January 2012 when she first released a 90-day weight loss program named as ‘Body Revolution’.


She has been a philanthropist all this time donating generously to the ones in need like NFL’s play60, The Clinton Foundation’s Alliance for a healthier generation, Stand up to Cancer and many more non profit organisations. She considered it as her duty to the society as it is from who she earns her bread and better and she always had known the importance of staying healthy.

She does believe in leading by example, if she herself never stays fit how is she going to guide others to? Michael tells that she usually goes to gym 3 or 4 times a week and makes sure she pushes herself when she is there. She does mixed exercises like martial arts, take spin classes or even power yoga helps her all these depending upon the day she enters the gym.


She exercises in a combination of cardiovascular endurance and body resistance. Various gyming exercises that will help you to get a body like her are one-legged curl, hip heist, frog hop, staggered push up, forearm press and the ones your trainer suggest.
