Although she died at a young age but still left a mark in history with her talent and she was boldly referred to as the “sex symbol ” of her times .Although she was one of the A lister actress who proved to be very expensive for producers She is still referred to as a major popular culture icon.

She was raised in Los Angeles and spent considerable amount of her childhood in foster homes and an orphanage and was victim of one of the social abuse called ” child marriage” as she tied the knot at the age of sixteen. During war times in 1944 she was working in a factory and met a photographer this kickstarted her   successful modeling career and later she featured in two short-lived film contracts with Twentieth Century-Fox (1946–47) and Columbia Pictures (1948.After signing a contract with Fox in 1951. She emerged as a popular actress as she garnered roles in several comedy and drama ventures including As Young as You Feel and Monkey Business .

Moreover she had two divorce and the reason for her early death is still under the wraps.She was widely loved for her body shape and looks but they didn’t come as easy as it seemed to be .She had to follow a proper diet along with strict excercise schedule. She was not that particular about gyming but always made sure that she followed the basic fitness principles of fitness.

Since Marlyn was a full figured woman and possessed genetic problems related to weight so it’s tough for people like her to slim down as their metabolism is low , it’s easier for them to gain weight but loosing it is relatively difficult.   • Breakfast:Orange juice or stewed prunesHot Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat2 slices of white toast along with butter1 cup of warm Milk – alternatively with cocoa.In case she is in a hotel she’d heat a glass of milk while taking a shower; then stirs two eggs into the milk , thus making a healthy drink to gulp in .

  • Lunch:1 egg ( any way whether boiled, poached, baked or scrambled) or 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese.1 potato (baked )A slice of toast with butter , fruit
  • Dinner:A red meat dish (Lean beef, chicken, fish, or chicken liver)1 potatoAnd binges on Junket which is gross , as it   is a maid up of sweetened milk and the ruminates from animals like cows or goats. It looks like a pudding which is chilled and served as a dessert.Sweet craving , Dessert: junket, custard, tapioca pudding, rice pudding, or a baked apple.

This diet plan shows Binge eating is never a beneficial idea.In between snacks are very important as it sends signals to your body that it never has to defend itself against starvation. This helps body to shed fat in your waist and hips!If you are eating right you dont need to work hard in the gym but not the other way round as even if you ensure that you work hard in gym this can’t compensate a bad diet .Marlyn’s diet clearly shows the best of results and it is anti starvation , her diet plan is an ideal plan.
