Miranda Kerr is an Australian model who was born in Sydney. She is the daughter of Therese and John Kerr. She graduated from All Hallows School in 2000. Kerr studied nutrition and health psychology before pursuing modeling. She rose to prominence in 2007 as one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels. She is the first Australian to participate in the Victoria’s Secret campaign. Kerr has launched her own brand of organic skincare products, KORA Organics and has written a self help book. She was also booked for print in magazines such as Elle, Australian Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar and was featured in television advertisements for brands like Portmans, Bonds and Veet.
Miranda began modeling in the fashion industry when she was 13, starting at Chaay’s Modeling Agency and subsequently won a 1997 Australian nationwide model search hosted by Dolly magazine and Impulse fragrances. She is a very talented model. In 2006 she appeared in the final episode of the TV show Project Runway, modeling clothes for a contestant. She debuted with the United States market for a cosmetic contract with Maybelline New York. She has done number of successful modeling projects and is a very famous and eminent model.

In snacks she takes blueberries, almonds and an apple with some almond butter. Kerr’s dinner plate includes Quinoa salad with chicken cooked in coconut oil and turmeric with spinach and walnut salad.
She takes the blood type diet and believes that eating according to blood type helps an individual to digest better. She avoids bingeing on junk food and prefers to carry around healthy snacks such as fresh fruits, nuts and seeds. She even drinks two to three liters of alkaline water everyday
